Pittsburgh, PA, February 1, 2010 — Effective today, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC is pleased to announce the promotions of nine attorneys to shareholder and 13 attorneys to counsel.
The following Pittsburgh attorneys were promoted to shareholder: Lynn Krisay Brehm and Philip J. Weis of the ERISA/Employee Benefits Section; Pamela E. Hepp and Jan Wenzel of the Health Care Section; and Brian H. Simmons of the Litigation Section. In Princeton, Sandra S. Moran and David L. Gordon, both of the Litigation Section, were promoted to shareholder. In Philadelphia, Terri A. Pawelski of the Litigation Section was promoted to shareholder. And, in Miami, Matthew Feeley of the Litigation Section, was promoted to shareholder.

Lowe of the Corporate Finance & Technology Section; Duane A. Stewart, III of the Intellectual Property Section; Zakarij O. Thomas of the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Section; and Jaime S.
